TRADE NAFTA VISA (TN-2):

Is a nonimmigrant employment visa valid for Mexican citizens who work in specific professional occupations and allows them to work in the United States. It is considered under the former North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) also known as the U.S.-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) agreement. It allows qualified Mexican citizens to stay and work in the United States, as long as their U.S. job offer falls under a list of NAFTA professions and is valid three years with indefinite renewals.

H-2A TEMPORARY AGRICULTURAL WORKERS VISA:

The H-2A program allows U.S. employers or U.S. agents who meet specific regulatory requirements to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary agricultural jobs. A U.S. employer, a U.S. agent as described in the regulations, or an association of U.S. agricultural producers named as a joint employer.

To qualify for H-2A nonimmigrant classification, the petitioner must:

Demonstrate that there are not enough U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work.
