TRADE NAFTA VISA (TN-2):
Is a nonimmigrant employment visa valid for Mexican citizens who work in specific professional occupations and allows them to work in the United States. It is considered under the former North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) also known as the U.S.-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) agreement. H-2A TEMPORARY AGRICULTURAL WORKERS VISA:
The H-2A program allows U.S. employers or U.S. agents who meet specific regulatory requirements to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary agricultural jobs. A U.S. employer, a U.S. agent as described in the regulations, or an association of U.S. agricultural producers named as a joint employer.
